I'm 30 yo woman, I look after myself but have noticed that when I smile I get lots of loose skin round the eyes, I'm quite trim so wondered if it was caused by loosing wieght, but don't have wrinkles when I don't smile.

Facial exercises and inversion? Any naturally good creams?

Answer:
I think it's just part of the aging process…you’re getting a bit older so these things come naturally around 30's and 40's.Wrinkles first begin to appear in those areas when you smile,but when time goes on the wrinkles in those areas are there nomatter if you're smiling or not!

To prevent *further* damage and wrinkles it's totally essential for you to wear sunblock. Natural products are sure a good route too! Look for *mineral* sunblocks. They block damaging UV rays with zinc and titanium dioxide.They’re pretty white in color,so I wouldn't go any higher than SPF 15 if you’ve very tan skin. Seek shade when you can to limit your sun exposure.

For your face,I advocate a mineral foundation.It naturally has sunscreen made with the same ingredients as above and it won't cake up in your wrinkles…plus you control the coverage.I do this because I don't want to put sunblock over my facial moisturizer.

Dietary supplements are also a good way to prevent. Drinking green tea often,Alpha Lipoic supplements,and coffeeberry extract are very potent antioxidants that fight against free radicals,so they help with aging skin as well. You can find Alpha Lipoic at your local walgreens,and coffeeberry I buy at an herbal supplement shop.

3 ingredients that can be used topically are retinol,vitamin c,and copper peptides. A good vitamin c serum is Avalon Organic's Vitality Serum. It has green tea,flax oil,shea butter,and the collagen boosting vitamin C.It isn't heavy either…very light and fresh. The other ingredients,retinol and copper peptides cannot be found in very high dosages in brands you see at your local walgreens. A very potent retinol supplement you can buy on the web is called “Green Cream”. high potency products like these are a bit costly (50 bucks for green cream) and that's why most people just settle for Olay aging products. They just aren't too effective in my thought…but if you’re on a budget then look around.

Retinol is a form of vitamin A,when applied topically it speeds the sheding of your skin to smooth out surface wrinkles and also boosts your collagen to mend.

this is a proven fact:
teens who have acny (oily skin) get wrinkles less and after peopl who didn’t have pimples (non oily skin)
let your hair get greasy
rub it on your face
this sounds gross, I know, but believe me
and leave it there, posibally over night
this might cause pimples… but anything makeup can't fix
the grease will make your skin healthier, and give you a SMALL lift. you could aslo try any garneir fuctis brands, or that new olay home face list thingy. good luck=D
