I'm sixteen and i look like i have hands of a 70 year old.
Answer: A very common problem because we wash hands often with soap. Apply vaseline/ moisturiser to hands each 3-4 hours and before sleeping.

okay;; someone told me
if i dont wash off my eye makeup before i go to bed that i will get wrinkles…. is this true?
also i only wear eye make-up i dont wear “face makeup” such as foundation blush etc.

Theyre not awful but i dont want to them to get any worse!
and theyre more obvious when im wearing face make up…ie foundation/concealer.
Are there any wrinkle creams which work, even just a bit? or to prevent them getting worse too soon?

It would wrinkle just like any other. No matter where you get a tattoo if you get old (which you probably will unless you have some no-aging super power) then it will wrinkle anywhere. Personally i would just go for it. No one's going to see it when you're older anyways (:
