John, it's the same results. skin is skin.
I suggest what I use; Preve extreme anti aging by Isabella Pelle. It's made specifically for fine lines/wrinkles. It has the highest concentration of “peptides” active ingredients to fight them. Also has the highest concentration of the best known moisturizer, hyaluronic acid. This has kept my skin baby smooth.
Last month they came out with a more concentrated version of Preve called Cura. It's everything Preve except they concentrated it to extreme. I got it 2 weeks ago; it's excellent. What you need to do is decide which one is ideal for you. I suggest both. http://www.isabellapelle.com/antiagingcr…
I got a bottle of Cura for my father this past Christmas. He's 68 yrs old and he uses it after he showers/shaves. His face is baby smooth. So I figure if it works for my father chances are it will work for you too. Hope this helps. Don't worry both are fragrance free so no girly perfume worries.

Answer:
of course…also stay hydrated and take KELP, most Americans are low on iodine which
has a major function in skin health…i paint my face with iodine povidone that helps big time.
I also have had a couple of TCA chemical peels about 5 years apart that really helps. I'm 45 and
seem to be keeping most wrinkles at bay.
