I enjoy sleep and its a known fact that its good for your skin, but i just dont know how to sleep.
Im 16 and i used to smoke and i have slight wrinkles, please dont tell me i dont cos quite frankly i find it patronising & it doenst help me at all.
Sleeping on the side of your face can give you wrinkles, because of the friction eroding away collagen, but sleeping on my back, by the next morning it looks like my face has slid down, and my laugh lines look deeper as if they’ve been pulled down and have sunk deeper into my face, i dont really know how to describe it, but if anyone knows an affective position or whatever if anyone gets what im tryna state can you please help thnx.
And by the way i do relise that we move and change position in our sleep but if your tryna fall asleep on your side your more apt to just alternate between sides and sleep on your face for like 8 hours anyway.
Answer: sleep is one factor…but i know you did not mention it…but are you in the sun daily…that can be a huge reason why your skin is acting up now…anywyas …try a cheep altertavie to creams…it works belive me try dapping a lill of vaseline where the lines are when you go to sleep …also helps maitain dark circles around the eyes….i heard it on tryas speak show acouple years ago when she first started…tried it and do it everyday now….really works
Answer: some people have this lines in their family line so it doesnt matter d age. u're already doing d necessay things with the sunscreen, but not quite sure u've quit d smoking totally. i only use vaseline at night. just started this year and my face is smoother and have almost invincible lines under eyes, are not much anyway. i'm 30.
Answer: Silk pillowcases - far gentler on the skin than cotton. Good for your hair too.
I can't quite comprehend how you are just 16 and state you’ve deep laugh lines - either an age typo or you laugh one heck of a lot!
Answer: mmm well i only read the 1st two sentences up until u stated ur r 16 and u have wrinkles… 16 and wrinkles can not be in the same sentence except if u r saying remember how i didn't have wrinkles when i was 16! … i think u r obsessing about it, so stop sleeping on ur back and sleep how ever u want.. u have tto understand that it is wrong when u begin thinking how to pin my face up while sleeping so that i do not get wrinkles,,, mmm i have to assure u one day ur face will really have wrinkles because it's part of growing up and make sure that this will define u,, with every wrinkle there’s a memory and experience… anyway i do not blame u if u want to at least keeping them to minimum possible ,so u can start using creams might be normal ones, home made recipes,, bec if u use artificial creams for wrinkles from when u r 16 till when u r 7o this would really kill ur skin
