if i dont wash off my eye makeup before i go to bed that i will get wrinkles…. is this true?

also i only wear eye make-up i dont wear “face makeup” such as foundation blush etc.

well someone told me that if i dont wear face makeup (because it has sunscreen in it) that my face will not be protected from the sun so i will get wrinkles… is that true?

also i know u cant stop wrinkles…. but what are some ways to slow down the process??

THANK-YOU

Answer:
Just rid yourself of all of these “facts” because they're wrong.

K first of all wiping off face makeup tugs on your skin, this will cause wrinkles over time. Keeping your eye makeup on overnight is bad for your face, it doesnt allow it enough time to breath which is obviously bad. It doesn't necessarily cause wrinkles but you're harming your skin. Eye makeup is probably the worst because of the application and removal through sponges, your fingers, etc. Fine-tune the procedure so it's delicate, and you're removing it with oil-based make up removers (try Lancome's bi-facial)

LASTLY

****, who the **** told you to wear makeup to protect yourself from the sun? Why don't people try to make sense anymore. HARDLY ANY foundations these days have over a SPF 10 or 15. BUY SUNSCREEN if you want to protect yourself from the sun (which causes wrinkles). Try Lancome's moisturizer, it has spf 30 which is great.

You can stop wrinkles by being hydrated, sleeping enough, eating well, not stressing, and also… by not constantly using your face to express yourself. I have 1/4 the amount of wrinkles my friends do because I remain calm in most situations. I'm not saying turn into a doll, but try not to furrow your eyebrows or raise them, this causes the most wrinkles. You can also get collagen later on ($500 a vial aprox).

Leaving eye makeup on won't cause wrinkles, just isn't hygienic….When you do wash it off use your ring fingers, they are the weakest fingers, so you don't pull your skin and possibly cause wrinkles….
FACT: Wearing sunscreen will prevent wrinkles. It will slow down the process. Also eating foods with antioxidants, drinking tea, blueberries, that kind of thing.
You don't need skin makeup that has spf, there is facial lotion with spf. Moisturizing will prevent wrinkles in general. Wear protective clothing asn spf 15-30 in the sun, and you'll be fine. Wear spf 15 on your face everyday even if it's not sunny, there are still uv rays. That's the only fact that'll help.
