It would wrinkle just like any other. No matter where you get a tattoo if you get old (which you probably will unless you have some no-aging super power) then it will wrinkle anywhere. Personally i would just go for it. No one's going to see it when you're older anyways (:

I’ve 15 tattoos, on my stomach, legs back and feet…i'm definitely not living my life thinking about when i wrinkle or when i have kids. i am a 22 yr old female and most of my tats are in the stomach region. i don't plan on kids (stretch marks) so i try my ideal to prevent that. But no, you don't know if you will make it to old age, who does? as bad as that sounds.

It all depends on how larger your upper arm gets, if you workout or have a low metabolism, dont do it, but it depends also on the size of the tattoo.
