I'm 20 years old, but may as well start preventing it now? I use a DHC concentrated eye cream that I really just like because it wakes my face up after washing it in the morning, but that is anti-wrinkles. Other than that I'm using Clean & Clear products for washing and moisturizing my face.
Answer: I use a mild exfoliating scrub twice a week, and make sure whatever moisturizer or foundation I use has sunscreen. Use as minimal amount of makeup as possible. No matter how gentle you are, years of putting makeup on and taking it off ages your skin.Drink lots of water, keeps body and skin hydrated. Don't forget lips…chapstick or blistex with SPF 10 or higher. Use a light coating of vaseline for intensive weather (beach, skiing, etc.) to keep lips from cracking.
Answer: Clean & Clear is bad bad bad for your skin. Murad's Anti-Aging line is amazing, so are their brightening products with pomegranate.
Use a moisturizer and foundation with SPF of at least 15. Some good foundations with SPF are Benefit's You Rebel, which is a tinted moisturizer that will give light coverage with a dewy to satin finish, or Lorac SMS Complex foundation. The SMS Complex foundation is an anti-aging foundation that’ll help to prevent and restore the collagen production in your skin. It gives medium coverage and has a matte to dew finish.
Lastly, to prevent age and sun spots on your skin, use a moisutrizing, every day sunscreen. I love Aveeno.
Answer: The only anti-aging you should be doing is sun block every day. Everything else is useless at 20. You’ll end up damaging your skin by overstimulating it. Anti aging creams are not designed for 20 year olds.
Oh yes, and don't smoke, that’ll show up in 10 years time.
Answer: What do you mean “might as well” 20 is very old already. Start walking with a cane now, that way no one will make fun of you when you’re really old like 28.
Answe mine please?
