Wrinkles and dark marks underneath my eyes?

I'm a 15 year old girl and I’ve both of those. 
How can I get rid of them??

Get some more sleep, sometimes tea bags help…there's also eye-rollers (that's what they're called) at stores that supposedly make those dark circles around your eyes go away….
